An accomplished investment banker with over 20 years of experience in Vietnam’s finance and banking sector, Phuc is recognized for his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, real estate investment, and asset and debt restructuring. He is the founder and CEO of HTC Corporation, a firm specializing in banking and real estate M&A activities in Vietnam. Prior to this, he served for 9 years as CEO of Sacombank Asset Management Company, where he managed warehouse systems, asset collateral, debt clearing, office leasing, asset valuation, and auctioning. He also successfully led Sacombank’s branch network as Branch Director for over five years, earning the title of "Outstanding Businessman of Tra Vinh Province" in 2009.

Beginning his career at Sacombank in 2000, he advanced through various roles, building a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up. He holds an MBA from the University of Northwest (2016) and a Bachelor’s degree from Ho Chi Minh City Economics University (2000). A Vietnamese citizen fluent in both Vietnamese and English, he brings effective communication skills and a strong local network to support strategic transactions and sustainable growth.
